For our special birthday dinner we invited 6 guests to share the evening with us on our patio. At our request, Malissa prepared shrimp cocktail, filet mignon and grilled vegetables utilizing our barbecue. She emphasized to us, the hosts that we were to be served just as our guests. The wine glasses were kept filled. More food arrived when beckoned. The music volume she managed. The outdoor candles lit as twilight timed out. Malissa’s attentiveness to the details of preparing and serving our meal allowed us to enjoy the company and conversation with friends without interruption. She catered to all our needs and we were freed of responsibility. While the food was gourmet quality, her service matched or exceeded it. The dishes and kitchen she cleaned. But for the sated appetites, it was as if she had been invisible. We highly recommend Malissa to prepare and serve your favorite at your home!
